COUPLES RETREAT SCHEDULE + ACTIVITIES
During the retreat, you’ll attend a small, intimate group session in the morning, lead by Dr. Tabitha Johnson, a nationally-renowned couples and relationship expert. These 90 minute sessions are designed to enhance your relationship and help you better connect to you partner. (Don’t worry, you won’t have to share any details of your relationship with anyone else. We intentionally keep our sessions very small and intimate.) We meet first thing in the morning, to allow you to enjoy time with your partner during the day, and to enjoy the beautiful resort.
- You’ll engage in fun activities, learning top research-based skills to enhance your relationship.
- You will be given exciting take-away activities for you and your partner to talk about and work on together.
- You’ll gain useful tools to utilize in your daily life to improve your relationship.
- The rest of each day is designed for you to implement the content we’ve given you, relax, rest, and connect with one another.
SCHEDULE :
Day 1: Arrivals – Welcome Reception, Registration & Cocktail Event (Time TBA -usually 5:00pm-7:00pm)
Welcome to Luxe Couples Retreat! From the moment you step out of your airport transportation, the Luxe experience begins. LeBlanc opens its hospitable arms and the pampering begins before you even step through the front doors. Get checked in and enjoy your day in what ever way you like…. and trust me, there is plenty to like at Luxe Couple Retreats. Then, meet us for our welcome reception and registration/check-in. During this time, you’ll have a chance to meet the retreat leaders and other members of the group, and pick up your retreat materials.
Day 2 : Get Your Emotional Needs Met (90 minutes – in the morning)
“I sure wish he’d help with the dishes.”… “ I sure wish she’d wear that sexy lingerie.”… What makes you tick? What do you wish you had more of from your partner? On day three you’ll discover the desires and needs you both covet. Learn how to get your needs met together so you can build your best relationship ever. Get ready to reconnect. We’ve got the dishes today. Sexy lingerie not provided. 😉
Day 3 : Working Through Conflict (90 minutes – in the morning)
Let’s face it. Life isn’t usually lived out at luxury resorts with perfect weather. Storm clouds move into every relationship from time to time. When the storms of conflict do arise, wouldn’t it be nice to navigate it with as little thunder and lightning as possible? Today, we’ll learn how to fight fair and how to navigate any stormy days past, or ahead.
Day 4 : Let’s Talk about Sex, Baby! (90 minutes – in the morning)
Things are getting even steamier at the resort on day 5. Gain insight on how to increase the passion, romance, and sex in your relationship. We’ll tackle this subject and provide you materials to facilitate a discreet conversation between you and your mate that guarantees to heat things up in the bedroom (maybe even the kitchen too, if you are into that sort of thing.😉) We promise homework following this session!
Day 5 : How to Keep it Hot (90 minutes – in the morning)
The Luxe Couples Retreat only lasts eight days; so, we want to make sure you don’t lose that “loving feeling” once you get back home and into your daily grind. Today we’ll make sure you have the tools to keep the fire stoked and burning bright long after you return home.
Days 6 & 7 : Free Days
You simply must spend some time exploring the beauty of this amazing city and the area’s wonderful attractions. During these two free days, take advantage of the two free tours/excursions that are included as part of the Luxe Couples Retreat. Enjoy a romantic day together making more life long memories in this tropical paradise.
Day 8 : Departures
Head back home with a stronger relationship and a killer tropical tan.

Top.10 reasons to book Luxe 10. The Resort. Le Blanc far exceeds its 5+�rating 9. Dr Tabitha - Her approach is simple, straightforward and result-oriented 8. Homework. We spent hours getting to know each other again through a series of questions that peeled back the layers, all while in a beach cabana, soaking up the sun, ******* over the crystal clear ocean while being waited on hand and foot. 7. Enlightenment. We discovered our unhealthy pattern/ cycle and were given tools to break the damn cycle. 6. Free time. We worked on ourselves in the mornings and had the rest of the day to do whatever we wanted. 5. The spa is the sexiest, zen spa, and you must spend time there as often as possible. 4. The cocktails. The swim-up bar cocktails were on point, and then drinking them and staring at the ocean just beyond the pool was dreamy. (a) 3. The food was fabulous. We never had a mediocre meal. Every bite, nibble, or forkful was yummy. 2. The staff is the kindest, most delightful, and helpful staff. You have your own butler, for sake! Re-entry into the real world will be a doozie. We are ruined. 1. Connection. We were back on track within the first few days. The love, admiration, and trust from our Luxe 2.0 experience made the total experience beyond measure. What a truly wonderful experience this retreat was!! We’ve been married 17 years and while We thought we had it “all figured out,” we learned new ideas and ways we can love each other even better! The sessions are short, informative, intimate, non-intrusive, eye-opening, refreshing and all around uplifting! If your relationship is new or 50 years loved, there is a place for you at this table ❤️ and OMG the RESORT!!!!!! We have never ever been pampered the way we were at LeBlanc. “Hello butler? Could you please have a bottle of champagne and charcuterie board relieved to our room by 3:00?” Absolutely HEAVEN!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ you deserve this… trust me!

Getting Unstuck
We attended Luxe’s 2.0 couples retreat and our experience was excellent! We’ve been married 28 years and needed to understand how to break the cycles we created, understand why it was broken so we could become closer emotionally. Dr Tabitha brought her expertise and the framework to guide you through the process. It was a safe and comfortable experience and we really enjoyed the group setting. Having the ability to step away from your daily life activities, and focus, solo on your relationship, made all the difference in the world. It was well worth the investment and we were able to enjoy the amazing facilities of Le Blanc. We met some wonderful couples and are hoping to stay in touch so we can all attend together when they roll out 3.0 (that a hint, Dr Tabitha!). Highly recommend this retreat, you will be so thankful you did this!

Life changing
Terrific! I did a lot of research and was impressed with Dr. Johnson's credentials but had limited expectations and new nothing of Le Blanc. Wow, was I surprised. Tabitha was exceptional! She knows her stuff, refers to research as a source, makes in fun, and with husband, Derek, used personal examples to illustrate many practices to improve our relationship. Her presentations, were practical, not theoretical. The program had a wonderful balance with the beauty and elegance of the Le Blanc resort. We had lots of time to enjoy ourselves and the amenities of Le Blanc. I have traveled the world and have not been at a nicer resort. The facilities, staff, food, services and setting were extraordinary. All in all, it was relaxing, reinvigorating, and theraputic. All expectatiions were exceeded. If you want to enhance your relationship, doing so under the expert guidance of Dr. Johnson will exceed your expectations as it did ours. And doing so in the beautiful environs of Le Blanc will create lasting memories.
